Start with your questions.
Speak directly with the owner on WhatsApp. Ask how coordination works and discuss practical travel questions. You do not need to arrive with a chosen procedure or a fixed travel date.
What to clarifyKeep this conversation general. Do not send medical documents or sensitive health information on WhatsApp.

You + the independent clinic
Understand the clinical next step.
We help connect you with an independent partner clinic. Its qualified dentists assess your needs and explain any proposed care. Ask the clinic how to share any clinical information through an appropriate process.
What to clarifyKnow the clinic and dentist’s identity. Ask what can be discussed at this stage and what needs an in-person examination.

You + the clinic and relevant providers
Read the proposal as a whole.
Ask for a written explanation of the proposed care, alternatives, costs, likely stages and follow-up. Discuss coordination and travel charges separately so that different arrangements are not mistaken for one inclusive package.
What to clarifyUnderstand what is included, what is provisional, who you pay and the applicable cancellation or refund terms.

Build the visit around the plan.
Once the clinic has explained its proposed schedule, we help coordinate the practical next steps. Discuss appointment timing, where you will stay and how you will get around. Confirm the exact arrangements and costs before booking.
What to clarifyDo not assume one trip will complete the proposed care. Confirm each visit and ask what could change its timing.

You + the treating clinic
Look beyond the return journey.
Before committing to care, ask the clinic how follow-up will work from home. Clarify who to contact with concerns, any return visits and who is responsible for related costs. Keep the agreed arrangements in writing.
What to clarifyFollow-up is a clinical discussion. Tour Dental’s coordination role does not replace the treating clinic’s medical responsibilities.
